These 10cm acrylic milestone discs are the perfect way to document and track your IVF journey. Made from high quality 3mm acrylic, this set includes 15 separate keepsake discs (see below for the full list).

This listing is our SMALL set with 15 discs at 10cm each.

We also have a LARGE set of 24 discs at 12cm each.
