Birth Announcement Name Plaque - 12cm

Our customisable 12cm acrylic name discs are the perfect photo prop for when you are ready to announce your new addition to the world! Keeping it simple and minimalistic, it can also be perfect for nursery and bedroom decor further down the track.

Made from high quality 3mm thick coloured acrylic and permanent vinyl, you are able to choose from various acrylic colours and font colours.  We also have 10cm and 11cm discs available.  The default font colour is WHITE.  Please advise if you would like a different coloured font in the available field.

The shape for this listing is ROUND, however we do have some arch and cloud-shaped plaques available and can customise them to your needs.
